How Billing Works

Plans on this page apply to Beauty Effect SDK only (OBS / editing plugins are billed separately). Monthly or yearly subscriptions for typical apps.

  • Platforms: iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux, and Web
  • Monthly Subscription: Flexible cancellation, auto-renews monthly
  • Annual Subscription: Save 20% with annual billing

  • Basic Plan (Monthly) = $99/month
  • Basic Plan (Yearly) = $950/year (Savings of $238)
Fair Use & Who Should Buy What
  • Self-serve (Free / Basic / Pro / Pro+): Beauty runs on the user's device.
  • Self-serve fits: beauty running on end-user devices; indie and mid-size products shipping to production.
  • Enterprise: commercial live/social platforms (even with few hosts), server farms / 24×7 centralized processing, multi-app brands, offline license, invoices, SLA, or custom assets — contact sales.
  • Fair Use: public plans assume reasonable use. We may ask you to move to Enterprise if usage clearly exceeds that scope (see Terms).

Subscription Management

Monthly/Annual Subscription Management

  • Auto-Renewal: Renews at cycle end, 3-day email reminder before renewal
  • Cancellation: Dashboard → Subscription Details → Cancel, service continues until cycle end
  • Upgrade/Downgrade: Changes take effect immediately. The system automatically calculates the price difference, and any remaining value is pro-rated and applied to the new order or credited to your account.
Payment & Invoices
  • Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe
  • Security: PCI-DSS compliant, HTTPS encrypted
  • Invoices: Auto-generated after payment, download from dashboard. For VAT invoices, contact hello@facebetter.net
