Effects

Adjust the retouch window and the live or recorded frame follows.

Skin Three smoothing styles, five whitening tones, plus rosy and sharpen. Skin-only is available.

Reshape Face, forehead, brows, eyes, nose, and mouth, adjusted separately.

Makeup Lipstick, blush, contour, eyeshadow, liner, brows, lashes, and lenses.

Body Slim body, waist, legs, shoulders, and arms, plus longer legs and bust.

Background Blur, plus portrait, green, blue, and red cutout.

Use it in OBS

Add a camera
Add a Video Capture Device source.

Add the filter
Right-click that source, open Filters, and add Facebetter Beauty.

Open the panel
The retouch window opens on start. After you close it, use Tools → Facebetter.

Compare
The switch by the title shows the frame before processing. The frame you send is still the processed one.

How it relates to the SDK

The plugin puts Facebetter inside OBS, so you don’t wire capture and rendering yourself. To embed it in your own app, use the Facebetter SDK.

Pricing

Free to use, with a watermark on the output. Remove it for $8.99 a month or $69 a year. This does not include the Facebetter SDK, and an SDK subscription does not enable the plugin.

For OBS Studio on macOS. After installing, quit OBS completely and open it again. Facebetter Beauty appears in the filter list of a video capture source.
